The entrance to this parking garage is located at the northeast corner of an eight-story brown brick building that takes up the lower half of its block; on its north side it is next to a three-story navy-blue stone block building and a three-story white brick building, both with first-floor storefronts. When proceeding down Bowery, look on the right-hand side for two vertical red signs that read "Park", with an arrow pointing to the right or below. These point to a horizontal red sign that reads "Park - Entrance"; the entrance is below the sign, consisting of an incline into the garage proper.
